Charmillion Gardens Aquapark, Sharm el-Sheikh

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The resort is massive and generally clean, making it perfect for family walks and pool days. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially the lifeguards and barman. However, our experience was marred by a lack of towels and some inconsistent food quality, particularly at the Italian restaurant. Overall, it was a lovely vacation, but there are areas that need improvement, especially the dining options.

Overall, the hotel delivered an exceptional experience with its amazing staff and various activities available for families. The snorkeling and beach amenities were highlights, but some areas like the room cleanliness and dining variety left room for improvement. The renovations in progress offered promise for future visits, yet the existing inconsistencies in room conditions were noticeable.
